  Yes, I'm licensed through the state of Oregon as a residential licensed contractor (CCB# 219486).

• Do you offer remodeling services?
  Yes, I focus primarily on medium and small home remodels.

• are you certified in oregon to remove lead-based paint?
  Yes, I have an active CERTIFIED LEAD-BASED PAINT RENOVATION (LBPR) CONTRACTOR LICENSE.

• Are you bonded and insured?
  Absolutely.

• Do you offer free estimates?
  Yes. Please contact me to schedule a visit to discuss your project(s).

• How much will it cost?
  After I view your project(s), I will submit you a proposal.

• Are there material costs?
  Estimates on materials are based on current prices and will be adjusted at the time of purchase. You may also choose to supply the materials yourself.

• When is payment required?
  Payment is due upon the completion of services. For larger projects, an initial 50% deposit is required, with the remaining balance due at the completion of the project.

• What are my payment options?
  Cash, Check, Venmo, zelle, and PAyPAl.
